Two leading experts Maurice Quinlan Director of the EAP Institute Ireland and Don Jorgensen Ph.D., CEAP, USA will present a ground breaking on line course on Thursday 22nd of September 2022 from 2-5 pm GMT to outline a new direction of Employee Support Services (ESS) and Employee Support Therapy (EST) which will shape the future safety responses to workplace mental health.

In July of 2021 a new global standard ISO 45003 was published and provides guidance on how safety managers treat mental health as a disability and a safety risk. This is the first international standard to provide guidance on psychological health and safety at work. The new standard will address many safety risks that can contribute to work related stress, depression and anxiety which may adversely impact worker mental health.

He has the knowledge, skills and experience to develop policies and training on Employee Support Therapy (EST) for workplace mental health, workplace intoxicants (defined as drugs and alcohol), Psychological and Psychosocial risks and employee health and wellbeing policies and programmes for national and international companies.
