Review of Code of Practice on Workplace Bullying
In an interview with Health and Safety Review in November, Frank Vaughan a board member with the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) advises that the HSA will shortly be launching a public consultation on a new draft code on the prevention of bullying in the workplace.

Duncan Carmichael to present at Cork Drugs and Alcohol at Work Seminar - Managing Reasonable Suspicion on Thursday 14th November 2019.
Duncan began his career as an organic chemist, working with Glaxo Pharmaceuticals and ICI. In the US Duncan worked for Varian, Thermo and Leco Scientific. Since his return to the UK, he has been the sales manager at Agriyork400 Ltd and based in England.

Review of Code of Practice on Workplace Bullying

A year ago Minister Pat Breen, whose remit includes health and safety, proposed that the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and the HSA review their Codes of Practice on Bullying in the Workplace. He asked them to consider developing a single code and it is anticipated that the new code will be published in the latter half of 2019.
