  Maurice Quinlan, Director of the EAP Institute is a competent person as required by Section 80(1) of The Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. He has the knowledge, skills and experience to develop policies and training on Employee Support Therapy (EST) for workplace mental health, workplace intoxicants (defined as drugs and alcohol), Psychological and Psychosocial risks and employee health and wellbeing policies and programmes for national and international companies.

  Sinead is a dedicated and passionate Self Health Coach, who is based both online and in Cork, Ireland. She focuses on supporting busy professionals to take charge of their own health and wellness. In addition to her personal coaching practice, Sinead is a sought-after corporate speaker. She has given talks and webinars on various topics related to health, wellness, and psychology. Sinead also offers a unique 6-week group coaching workshop for employees called "Empowering You and Your Health," which focuses on health behavior change.
